Your Engagement Process
Schedule Your Assessment
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with appointment details and a facility pre-assessment form.

- Consultant assigned to your area
- NDA available upon request before site visit
Designate a Facility Contact
Assign a facilities manager, security director, or operations lead to accompany the consultant during the walkthrough.

On-Site Assessment
Your consultant conducts a systematic evaluation of your facility, documenting vulnerabilities and reviewing existing systems.

- Compliance RequirementsNote any industry regulations or compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) that apply to your facility.
- Org Chart / Security ContactsIdentify who is responsible for security decisions so the consultant can tailor recommendations appropriately.
