Your Engagement Process
Pre-Engagement Planning
Before the site visit, we conduct a planning call to scope the assessment, review facility documentation, and coordinate access.

- Incident HistoryCompile any past security incidents, near-misses, or employee safety concerns for the consultant to review.
- Compliance RequirementsNote any industry regulations or compliance standards (PCI, HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.) that apply to your facility.
- Org Chart / Security ContactsIdentify who is responsible for security decisions so the consultant can tailor recommendations appropriately.
